2D/1N Tour Package Amazon Crossing
Day 1
Transportation from the airport or hotel. Walk through the Plaza de Armas, the Mother Church, the Casa de Fierro, the boardwalk and the historic mansions from the rubber era.
Transfer to our Private Pier to board the Fast Boat with outboard motor. We will navigate the Itaya River for 15 minutes, observing the panoramic view of the bridge that crosses the Nanay River, considered the longest in Peru, which connects the city with the countryside.

We will continue the trip through the Amazon River, a natural wonder of the world. During the journey, general information about the river will be provided. We will look for gray dolphins and pink whales as we sail upriver towards Cumaceba Curaka Inn. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed with a seasonal fruit drink.
We will receive general information and will be assigned private cabins. We will take an excursion through the jungle, where we will learn about the great biodiversity of the area, including flora and fauna. We will have lunch with a typical dish like juane.
We will have free time to photograph or film birds. We will also witness the artisanal extraction of sugar cane juice and taste the juice and some derivatives such as cane rum and molasses (honey). Dinner.
Night walk or canoe excursion depending on the season, observing insects, batrachians, nocturnal birds and listening to the sounds of the jungle. We will listen to jungle stories and tales narrated by the guide. We will spend the night at Cumaceba Curaka Inn.
Day 2
6 AM: After breakfast, we will search for birds in their habitat, either on foot or by canoe. We will then visit a riverside resident, who will show us non-poisonous boa constrictors, sloths, turtles, and other creatures.
Afterward, we will have lunch with a typical dish such as Patarashca.
On the way to Iquitos, we will visit the Bora native group, learning about their customs, dialect, clothing, and typical dances. It is recommended that you bring some items to exchange for their handmade crafts.
Finally, we will travel to Iquitos for transfer to the airport or hotel.
